Just a reminder... We are out of room for girls at the July high school camp week. (July 29 - Aug 3) If you would like to be put on the waiting list, send/email us your registration form. We'll put people on the waiting list in the order that we receive their forms. There's still plenty of room for high school girls next week!
**Attention high schoolers** We're out of room for girls at the July High School week. If you're a high school girl, and you haven't gotten your registration form in yet, we can put you on a waiting list - or you can consider coming to the June week. There's still room there - June 24-29. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...
It's class time at Bethel Camp. We're learning the story of Jesus' Resurrection this morning! And Martha Maust is teaching Psalm 100 as our memory work.
Hey Bethel Camp Friends, we are in need of some buttons and Mason jars for crafts. Would anyone have some they would be willing to donate?
Camp's about ready! Are you?
Bethel Camp Prayer Night is on Saturday, not Friday. Sorry for the confusion!
Our day of prayer for Camp is on Friday at 6pm in the chapel! If you're not able to join us, here are 8 things you can pray with us for: 1. 8 weeks of camp (Special Needs, Day Camp, Jr. and High-School Camps.) Pray that God will move in good and awesome ways! 2. Staff- pray for endurance, a refreshed/growing relationship with Jesus, and team work/community. 3. Campers- pray that Jesus will reveal Himself to them. 4. Provision- that we will trust God will supply every need of ours as the summer carries on. 5. Vision- that God will show us His heart for the Bethel Camp ministry and how to follow His direction in it. 6. Protection- that God will keep us in His hand and stay healthy and safe. 7. Camp Projects- that our new building projects will go well and be completed. 8. Summer Preparation- that God would prepare us as we prepare for the summer. Thank you for praying with us!
Summer 2019 starts in just a couple weeks! What?! Get Excited! We can't wait to see you, let us know you're coming!
This video includes clips from 2018 with the intent to "whet the appetite" of young people for a week of summer camp 2019. Our summer camp theme is "Gifted." We want everyone to know the Jesus who has "gifted" them with all of Him for all of us.

The campers who did a "craft" this weekend made some beautiful flower arrangements for our tables and then we all enjoyed them the rest of the weekend.
We had some pretty cool people at camp this weekend. Here are some snapshots from the photo scavenger hunt. Quite creative these young people are!
Look at what is going up on the playground end of the new building. It is the final porch awning. Thanks to Christian and Karen Short as well as Samuel and Melody Short for getting the sidewalk and porch floor concrete poured. Now thanks to the Turner brothers (Jerry and Jeff) for the carpentry work they are doing. #dayforbuildingtrusses
Some of you may be wondering where we are in our "cabin building." We have had numerous individuals helping in various ways. We started pouring the foundation a little less than a year ago and we got the cabin in shape to be used for last summer's camps. And here are some pictures of Jerry and Jeff putting siding on the back of the cabin today.
Are you coming to the Young Adult Retreat? Here’s our list so far. If we missed you, contact us so we can write your name down. We hope to see you! Feb. 22 at 6PM-Feb. 24 at 2PM. (Come with an appetite for supper on Friday, and be ready for a great weekend!)
Winter banquet last Saturday was so much fun. We had a great crew doing the cooking, Tommy and Carol Miller provided such good treats, the servers were super, and we were blessed to have over 80 people attend the banquet. We thank God for giving us good weather to travel in, and all together with the matching funds and the gifts given at the banquet, $6895 was raised to support kids coming to summer camp 2019.
Everyone should go outside and see the lunar eclipse!
Looks like the "Bethel Camp" mugs have arrived via UPS. That means that the following people will receive a free one since they had their staff applications sent in already: Dustin Allen, Faith Atherton, Emelia Conley, Katie Driskill, Grace Driskill, John Driskill, Jim & Charlene Duncan, Eli Duncan, Marcus Hunsberger, Cassidy (Cat) Griffith, Abigail Hickok, Cody Johnson, Cody & Joelle Jones, Nathan King, Marcus McIntosh, Emily Wetzel, and Emmanuel Wilson. If I missed your name and you think you should be on the list, please message me. It is possible (though not likely) that I have misplaced some forms that have come in.
Here are all the group pictures from last summer. 424 special young people.... and a lot of great staff members.
